Furthermore, I assume all risk and responsibility for personal injuries and/or death, and losses, and/or damages to my personal property, which might arise during the trip. I also acknowledge and understand that HCU has made no representatives or warranties regarding my safety or security.

Release Authorization

I understand that my picture, voice and/or written or photographic material will be recorded electronically and/or photographically by Houston Christian University. I hereby grant permission to Houston Christian University to use these photographs, videos or audio recordings of me on campus, in class, or at my home or business for its own use and distribution. The photographs, tapes and recordings will be owned by the University and may be used in promotional areas, including the HC.edu Web site, which Houston Christian may elect to show more than one time, without the payment to me of any compensation.
