    By completing the Special Circumstance Appeal, I acknowledge that all information and documentation is true and accurate. I understand that by submitting the appeal that my desired outcome may not be approved, an alternate solution may be offered, and/or additional documentation may be requested. I understand that an appeal may take 2 to 4 weeks to be reviewed and completed. The Student Accounts Office will communicate exclusively via the student’s University email once a decision is made or if additional documentation is needed.
