    CCB Scholars: Equipping Tomorrow's Christian Business Leaders

    Purpose
    The CCB Scholars Scholarship program is established to provide financial incentives for prospective college-bound students to enroll as a residential student at the Dunham College of Business at Houston Christian University.

    Qualifications
    Applicants must meet the following criteria: 
    (a) A believer in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
    (b) An acknowledgement and subscription to HCU's Core Convictions
    (c) A high school GPA of 3.25+ on an unweighted 4.0 scale
    (d) A full-time on campus major in Business (any of Dunham College of Business's Degree Offerings)
    (e) A commitment to engage in CCB-sponsored activities (The Learning Experience) while enrolled

I understand an interview with a CCB representative may be required to move forward in the Scholarship application process. I acknowledge that should I be chosen as a recipient of the Scholarship, I will be committed to engaging in The Learning Experience consisting of CCB-sponsored activities including but not limited to: 
    • Individualized spiritual guidance and mentoring from an Advisory Council of business leaders
    • Participation and volunteering at CCB sponsored events
    • Gatherings of the "Scholars Society" for discipling and learning experiences
    • Annual dinner (Fall) and retreat (Spring) with sponsors and special speakers
    • Support and advising from CCB Leadership and staffers
