HCU Campus ministries include, but are not limited to, BSM, Ratio Christi, FCA, Campus Outreach, The Navigators, Refuge, and the Convocation Planning Team. SCT Connected Ministries include Second Baptist Church, River Oaks Baptist, Heights Church, and West University Baptist/CityRise. Recipients will be required to: Have begun serving and continue serving an HCU campus ministry or partner ministry. Enroll in the Fall Spiritual Formation class or Fall Internship class. Attend the Spring SCT ministry gathering. Attend a spiritual retreat. This scholarship is for residential undergraduate and graduate students taking a full time course load in the School of Christian Thought who are eager to serve as representatives of the school. Recipients will be required to: Serve on the SCT Student Leadership Team, which will help to plan events and assist in recruitment. Attend the Spring SCT ministry gathering. This new scholarship is for residential graduate students taking a full time course load in the School of Christian Thought who are preparing for ministry and are serious about academic study. Recipients will be required to: Serve in the Dean’s Office five hours a week during the Fall and Spring semester. Serve on the SCT Student Leadership Team, which will help to plan events and assist in recruitment. Enroll in the Fall Spiritual Formation class or Fall Internship class. Attend a spiritual retreat.
